We are Willy & Tanja Fierus from Germany, met on the mission field and have three grown up daughters. Before joining the Member Care Team, we served with Word of Life in Austria for 25 years.

The goal of member care is to keep God’s servants healthy, resilient and effective in their lives and ministries by strengthening and empowering those who are on the frontline of taking the Gospel into the different regions in Europe.

Our heartbeat is to invest in people so that they can develop their full potential and contribute to successful teamwork, as well as being a blessing to those around them. We pray that with our many years of experience as missionaries and the intensive training in member care, we can be a help and a blessing to many.
