David and Annelie Wenzel

We are David and Annelie Wenzel. We have four Kids and serve with Word of Life since 2018. Since 2024 we are part of the Member Care Team here in Europe. David grew up as a Word of Life missionary kid in Germany and has also served in pastoral roles in multiple churches. We pioneered the ministry in Denmark but had to leave the field after two years of COVID restrictions.

We love to take care of people and have a passion for walking alongside people in their journey with Christ. A bible verse that has always plaid an important role in our live is Joshua 1:9 "Have I not commanded you? Be strong and courageous. Do not be frightened, and do not be dismayed, for the Lord your God is with you wherever you go."  We care about you with this great team here at Word of Life in Europe.
